Real Property Valuation Services, Inc., was established in 1986. Real Property Valuation Services, Inc. has completed varied appraisal and consulting assignments throughout the State of Florida. Real Property Valuation Services, Inc. is a real estate appraisal and consulting firm active in all phases of real estate valuation. The officers and staff of RPVS are qualified as expert witnesses in matters of real estate in Miami-Dade and Broward Circuit Courts and Federal Bankruptcy Court. Additionally, Real Property Valuation Services, Inc. has extensive experience in matters of condemnation and bankruptcy proceedings, retirement communities and all other types of residential, commercial, vacant and industrial properties.

President

Robert E. Transue

Robert E. (Ted) Transue is the president and founder of Real Property Valuation Services, Inc.. Mr. Transue is a state certified appraiser and has over 35 years experience in the field of real estate appraising and consulting. He is a member of the International Appraisal Institute and holds the prestigious designation of MAI from that organization as well as being a past president of the local chapter of the former Society of Real Estate Appraisers (Fort Lauderdale Chapter #204). He is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Broward Committee of 100, Inc., the Coral Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Fort Lauderdale Area Board of Realtors and is an authorized instructor for the former American Savings & Loan Institute, Nova University and the former International Society of Real Estate Appraisers.

• Served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chapter #204 of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers from 1973 to 1985. Held the offices of Treasurer, Secretary, Second Vice President, First Vice President and served on the following committees: Public Relations, Examination, Admissions, Research, Roster, Examination and Merit Award.
• Vice President and Chief Appraiser in charge of the Appraisal Department of Hollywood Federal Savings & Loan Association from 1969 to 1982.
• Fee Appraiser with Real Property Appraisal Services and M.A. McGarry & Associates from 1982 to 1986.
• Formed Real Property Valuation Services, Inc. in February of 1986. Currently presides as President and Owner.
• Previous member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Broward County. Previously served on the Education Committee.
